While we take commercially reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but are committed to protecting your data using best practices.

- Account and profile data is retained for the duration of our business relationship
- Transaction and portfolio history is retained for a minimum of 7 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes
- Audit logs are retained for a minimum of 3 years
- Upon account deletion, personal identifying information is removed, though anonymized transaction records may be retained for compliance purposes
If you request deletion of your account, we will process your request within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain data.

The session tokens stored in your browser are used exclusively to keep you logged in to your investor dashboard. These are managed by Supabase's authentication system and expire automatically. You may clear your browser's local storage at any time, which will log you out of the platform.
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party analytics or advertising tracking tools on this platform.
Our platform and services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete such information.
We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify active investors via the platform's announcement system.
